\n\t\tMuseums Bansko\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\tThe museums in Bansko are extremely interesting and are open all year round. They reveal important parts of both the history and culture of the city. Bansko is a historic city and the museum exhibits can confirm this. The cultural identity of the region and a sample of the country's culture is evident in the folklore and archaeological museums of the region. A historical retrospective, with exhibits from Bulgaria's earlier and more recent history. The most famous museum is the Museum of Neophyte Rilski, which is the childhood home of Neophyte Rilski, the first Bulgarian encyclopaedist.\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\tPicturesque alleys and houses made of stone and wood, a creation of the local architecture. The historic centre of Bansko has a different footprint from the more massively developed, tourism-driven part of the city. It remains so traditional that it has become one of the top attractions of Bansko. \n\t\tChurch of the Holy Trinity\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\tThe church of the Holy Trinity was built in 1935 and is a symbol of the city of Bansko. The frescoes, woodcarvings and architectural design are fully interwoven with the spirit of the Bansko School of Fine Arts. Some of the most prominent graduates of the school worked on the construction of the church. The church is located in the centre of the town behind a stone wall. The bell tower of the church is in itself a special and beautiful building.\n\n\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\tDobriniste has a special place in the list of attractions. With its 17 thermal springs, the town is a popular therapeutic resort for all its bathers. There you can enjoy the spectacle of two alpine lakes that are currently frozen. The town is located at the foot of Mount Pirin in the Razlog Valley at an altitude of 810 m (810 ft). from the sea surface. You can for the whole day enjoy the thermal baths and other alternative ways of relaxation. \n\t\tThe Baikuseva berry fir tree, which is about 8 km from Bansko, is worth visiting as it is one of the most interesting sights around Bansko. It is over 1,300 years old and is the oldest in Bulgaria and one of the oldest trees in the world. Its circumference is 7.80 meters, its diameter is 2.48 and its height is 26 meters.\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
